My professional interests are esthetic cases. I love that feeling of being able to help someone gain the confidence and self-assurance they have been longing for with their smile.

You’re always learning! I love to learn and try new things, and dentistry is definitely the career where that exists. Whether it be learning about a new product on the market, learning how to do a certain procedure better and more efficient, or simply learning something about yourself from your interactions with your patients, dentistry is the perfect career in being a lifelong learner.

I always knew I wanted to work in the healthcare field. I tried nursing for a semester, that was not for me. I thought about becoming a medical doctor, but really wanted to specialize in one area of the human body. As a teenager, I strongly disliked going to the dentist, but always loved going to see my orthodontist. After my nursing attempt, my mom suggested to try the dentistry route, so here I am.

I look forward to working out at the gym after work, spending time with my almost 12-year-old shih tzu, Jake, attending happy hours (pre-COVID), and being outside in the beautiful Florida sunshine. I am a pretty easy-going person, so anything that allows me to laugh and relax I most likely enjoy.

I have been told for many years that I am a very good listener. I definitely listen a whole lot more than I speak. I truly try to put myself in other people’s shoes and try to see their perspective in every situation. In one way or another, I believe everybody is fighting a private battle. I think we all could learn a lot from each other if we just take the time to listen.
